The needed armor materials are under lock and key as of yet, so you'll just have to wait with the rest of us to find out what they are.

[EDIT] Reworded to sound less stupid.

My guess would be that you'll still need base items like tanned hide squares, wood, and iron, but the 'secondary' items may be specific to Factions - such as amber for one. I believe this is why shells (or is it scales?) have become "Chitin Fragments"

Actually, from what I saw in the FPE event, you'll now use a mix of Prophecies secondary materials and Prophecies unused materials as the base for the armor, and Factions-specific materials will only be used for 15k and possibly FoW-equivalent armor. For example, the Droks-equivalent Luxon Necromancer armor all took scales and monstrous claws, while the 15k Luxon Necromancer armor took scales, monstrous claws, and jadeite (stupid name, just call it jade!).

Edit: Admittedly, that may have just been for the FPE, but I don't think so. They have a lot of unused crafting materials right now, it makes sense for them to make them the standard for Factions.
